The a la carte Russian dishes are authentic reproductions of the Tsar's meals. The Beef Strogonoff for example uses ranched mature highland-cattle rump beef from Orkney, killed on the farm. The rump is butchered in-house and marinaded in red wine. This is cooked with locally gathered wild fungi, in-house Smetana, and seasoned with smoked Hungarian paprika. The dish is served with latkas, red cabbage baked with apple, and sauerkraut.Certainly food fit for The Tsar!
